1. Company Information
Travel & Champagne is operated by Laura Villanueva, entrepreneur individuel registered in France.

Travel & Champagne provides bespoke private Champagne, wine and gastronomy experiences and stays in France.
2. Services
Travel & Champagne designs and organizes bespoke private experiences based on each client's individual request.
Depending on the experience selected, services may include private transportation, Champagne house or grower visits and tastings, meals, accommodation and other activities or services arranged specifically for the client.
The services included in each booking, together with the dates, itinerary and total price, are confirmed in the individual proposal and booking confirmation.
Services are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed when the client has accepted the proposed itinerary and the required payment has been received.
The individual proposal and booking confirmation, together with these Terms & Conditions, form the agreement between the client and Travel & Champagne.
The client is responsible for reviewing the proposed itinerary and informing Travel & Champagne of any relevant dietary, accessibility or other requirements before confirming the booking.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the experience.
For bookings made within 30 days of the start of the experience, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Travel & Champagne reserves the right to suspend or cancel a booking where required payments have not been received by the applicable deadline, subject to the client's statutory rights.
5. Changes Requested by the Client
Requests to modify a confirmed booking are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers.
A modification may result in additional costs or a change in the total price. Any additional costs will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
No requested modification is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Travel & Champagne.
6. Cancellation by the Client
Because Travel & Champagne arranges bespoke experiences and makes advance commitments with service providers, cancellation charges may apply.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual booking confirmation, the following cancellation schedule applies:
More than 30 days before the start of the experience: the 30% deposit is retained.
Between 30 and 16 days before the start of the experience: 50% of the total booking price is retained.
15 days or less before the start of the experience, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total booking price is retained.
These provisions apply subject to any mandatory rights provided to the client under applicable French and European law.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Travel & Champagne
Travel & Champagne will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in the client's booking.
If a change to or cancellation of a confirmed booking becomes necessary, Travel & Champagne will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible and will apply the rights and remedies required by applicable law.
Where a cancellation results in termination of the contract, amounts paid by the client will be refunded as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights provided to the client under French or European law.
8. Exceptional and Unavoidable Circumstances
Travel & Champagne shall not be liable for consequences arising from exceptional and unavoidable circumstances that prevent or significantly affect the performance of the services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, significant transportation disruption, public health emergencies or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome.
Where such circumstances affect a confirmed booking, Travel & Champagne will assist the client and apply the rights and remedies required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
Travel & Champagne may arrange services provided by independent third-party professionals, including professional transport companies, Champagne producers, restaurants, hotels and other specialist providers.
Travel & Champagne carefully selects its service partners and coordinates the services included in the client's booking.
Where Travel & Champagne acts as the organizer or retailer of a travel package or travel service subject to the French Tourism Code, the responsibilities applicable to that role apply.
All private transportation arranged by Travel & Champagne is provided by professional transport companies or chauffeurs who maintain their own required authorizations and insurance.
Travel & Champagne does not provide passenger transportation using a personal vehicle.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information necessary for the organization of the experience, including dietary requirements, accessibility requirements and other relevant special requests.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward service providers, staff, properties and other guests.
The client may be responsible for costs resulting from damage caused intentionally or through negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Travel Insurance
Travel & Champagne recommends that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance covering, where relevant, cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, personal belongings, repatriation and other personal travel risks.
Travel & Champagne is currently arranging professional liability insurance as part of its registration with Atout France. This insurance, once in place, will cover Travel & Champagne’s own professional liability only and does not constitute personal travel insurance for the client.
12. Complaints
The client should inform Travel & Champagne as soon as reasonably possible of any issue or non-conformity affecting a service included in the booking so that Travel & Champagne can take appropriate steps to assist in resolving the matter.

Travel & Champagne will handle complaints in accordance with applicable French legislation.
13. Professional Liability and Financial Guarantee
Travel & Champagne maintains professional liability insurance appropriate to its tourism activities.
Information concerning the applicable professional liability insurance and financial guarantee will be provided to clients in accordance with applicable French tourism regulations once the relevant registrations and arrangements have been finalized.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of the contract will be handled in accordance with the mandatory provisions of applicable French and European law, including the French Tourism Code where applicable.
Where permitted by applicable law, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
15. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
By confirming a booking with Travel & Champagne, the client acknowledges having received and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The specific services, dates, itinerary and price applicable to the client's booking are those confirmed in the individual proposal and booking confirmation.
